Salmon with Lemon Myrtle crust

Salmon with Lemon Myrtle Crust
2 pieces of Atlantic salmon or ocean trout
½ cup Panko or fresh breadcrumbs
Juice of a small lemon or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter, melted1 teaspoon ground Pure & Purple Garlic Lemon Myrtle Mix

To Create:
Mix breadcrumbs, lemon juice, melted butter and Pure & Purple Lemon Myrtle Mix together. Place salmon flesh side up on baking tray lined with baking paper.
Pat breadcrumb mix evenly over salmon to make a crust. Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Prep 10 minutes, cook 15 minutes.
Serves 2.
